Fidelity Termite is a small family owned company passed down through generations.

1927

In 1927 L.B. Leary Exterminating was founded by Mr. Leslie “Bonnie” Leary.

1946

In 1946, the name was changed to Fidelity Termite and recognized by the state.

1985

In 1985 Mr. Leary’s son Mr. Thomas B. Leary took over. That same year Mr. Lewis Newton was hired. The two worked side by side until 2001 when Thomas Leary retired.

2001

In 2001, at the recommendation of Thomas, Mr. Newton hired Chad Friend.

2019

In 2019, after 18 years of working side by side, Mr. Newton brought Chad Friend on as a full partner.

They hope to continue to serve the community for many more years until maybe one day another generation can continue to help the community.
